Position: Associate Financial Advisor
Location: 3000 Lincoln Hwy, Parkesburg, PA 19365

Salary Range: $50,000–$65,000 (plus bonus potential)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Associate Financial Advisor. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in the financial industry, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will work closely with our Senior Advisor to support client management, perform administrative tasks, and develop expertise in financial planning strategies. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our investment clients, advance your career in financial planning, and contribute to the growth of our boutique firm. Eventually, the candidate will also serve and advise a group of assigned client accounts. This goal will be obtained after appropriate licenses are acquired and trust is built through exceptional job performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Communication
- Communicate promptly and regularly with clients regarding updates, outstanding tasks, and service requests while providing regular updates to the Senior Advisor.
- Participate in client meetings as needed, taking notes, organizing documents, and tracking follow-up tasks.
Account Management
- Execute account opening, servicing, and funding while ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- Assist clients with account changes (e.g., beneficiary updates, address changes) and transaction processing (e.g., withdrawals, trades, additional funding charitable donations).
Investment & Portfolio Support
- Support the implementation of investment strategies, including portfolio construction and management.
- Regularly communicate with investment managers and oversee the quarterly billing process.
- Assist with year-end tax projections, retirement funding, and compliance with written tax plans.
Administrative & Team Collaboration
- Prepare materials for client meetings, including financial reports and tax planning documents.
- Assist with business development efforts and proposal generation.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the internal team to streamline workflows and deliverables.
- Maintain and update policies and procedures relevant to job responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1–3 years of professional work experience; knowledge of financial services is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- An advocacy mindset for clients and a tenacious drive to achieve results.
- A positive, professional and proactive demeanor in all interactions.
- A reliable self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills, a keen attention to detail and a critical problem-solving approach.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new concepts and technology quickly.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., SmartOffice, Redtail, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.
- A team-oriented mindset where no task is too big or small.
- Must pass the SIE and FINRA Series 7 and 63 exams within one year of employment.
