Karl Klingmann II

Karl Klingmann II is the President and CEO of Penn Rise Advisors and a graduate from Lafayette College where he earned a degree in economics and business.

Karl’s in-depth knowledge and dedication to his clients has allowed him to be a trusted advisor to business owners, their employees and individuals for over 20 years. His specialties include investment and financial planning, as well as employee benefit plans for small and medium size businesses.

Karl is an Investment Advisor Representative, and with that, has a fiduciary responsibility to act on the client’s behalf. Karl has also passed the Series 7, 6, 63 and 65 exams. In addition, he has life and health insurance licenses and is certified to sell through the Pennie health insurance market place.

Karl is a past president of the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters.

During his personal time, Karl enjoys soccer, camping, traveling, hunting, spending time outdoors with his family and fixing anything possible in his workshop.
